Founded in 1978, the company is a technology‑oriented professional valve manufacturer. It currently covers a land area of 48,000 ㎡, including a building area of 36,500 ㎡. The company has 356 employees, among whom 78 are senior and intermediate‑level technical personnel. It is equipped with CAD/CAM design & manufacturing systems and ERP enterprise resource planning management system.

The company holds fixed assets of RMB 178.65 million. It owns 126 sets of processing centers, CNC machine tools and metal‑cutting equipment; 45 sets of comprehensive valve testing equipment for physical‑chemical analysis, non‑destructive testing and spectral analysis; and 22 sets of hoisting and transportation equipment.

As a national high‑tech enterprise, the company undertakes key national Torch Program projects. It owns Zhejiang Famous Trademark and Zhejiang Famous Brand Product titles, and operates the Provincial Special‑Purpose Valve R&D Center. The company has obtained DNV (Det Norske Veritas) ISO 9001:2008 international quality system certification, ISO 14001 environmental management system certification and OHSAS occupational health and safety management system certification, as well as API 607 and API 6FA certificates. It has also acquired CE certification issued by TÜV Rheinland Germany and TS manufacturing license for pressure components issued by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision. Our design and production are performed in accordance with API standards.

The company is a Tier‑1 supplier of Sinopec Group, China National Petroleum Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation and China Shenhua Group. It has also been qualified as an approved vendor for international oil companies including BP, GAZPROM, LUKOIL, PDO, PETRONAS, GE OIL&GAS, SABIC, SAUDI MA’ADEN, SWCC and ECOPETROL.

Its hard‑sealed high‑temperature ball valves and high‑pressure ore slurry valves have obtained multiple national patents. These products have been listed as key national Torch Program projects and national new products by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and won the International Eureka Gold Award. The triple‑eccentric butterfly valve has been awarded the Patent New Product Prize. Gate valves, globe valves and other products were rated Grade‑A Products in the national unified inspection organized by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision.
