Yantai Ray‑Valve Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003. It is a private enterprise integrating scientific research, design & development and manufacturing.

Located in Yantai, a beautiful coastal city in Shandong Province, the company enjoys convenient access to Qingdao Port, Tianjin Port and Shanghai Port. Covering a plant area of over 30 mu with a building area of nearly 17,000 square meters, we employ more than 150 staff members including a professional technical and R&D team. Endowed with strong technical strength, our dedicated R&D team focuses on the research and development of valves and mechanical components.

We are equipped with a professional investment casting production line adopting the silica‑sol process. Our main products cover valve fittings, water pump parts, auto components, flow instruments, marine hardware and other mechanical products. Available materials include various stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. We provide one‑stop services including product verification, design, mold development, process finalization and product processing according to customers’ drawings, samples or models. Our annual output of precision cast parts exceeds 800 tons.

For machining facilities, we own more than 20 CNC machine tools and over 10 conventional processing equipment. There are two assembly and testing production lines for valves, with an annual capacity of 500,000 sets of various valves and more than 5 million processed components.

Attaching great importance to quality management, the company has obtained the Production License for Pressure Pipeline Components, Australian WaterMark Certification, German TUV ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and CE product safety certification.
