Jiangsu Lanmec Technology Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Jiangsu Lanmec Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. The name change was completed at Nantong Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau on January 11, 2024.

Its predecessor Jiangsu Lanmec Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002. The company has nearly 200 employees, among whom more than 50 are R&D personnel. It covers a land area of over 30 mu, with 30 000 square meters of workshop buildings and one R&D‑building.
